If you've already placed your order, your engraving can only be changed if your items aren't in production yet

If your chain hasn't been cut to length yet, then it's still possible to change the length. Please contact us to find out

We love creating meaningful custom orders! Please contact us to discuss your ideas

The shipping address on my order confirmation is incorrect. What do I do?

Please contact us ASAP if you need to change your shipping address

Is it possible to change the order/position of engraving?

You can change the order/position of engraving so long as your order isn't in production. Please leave a note at checkout of contact us ASAP

Can I order my necklace or engraving in other languages?

You can definitely order (name) necklaces and engraved pieces in other languages, please see below for instructions

Is your jewelry nickel free?

Yes, all our jewelry is nickel-free

Do you offer gift wrapping and messages?

We currently don't offer gift wrapping but we're happy to add a handwritten note to your order


My necklace is too short/long, can I return it?

If your necklace is too long or short, then we're happy to adjust the length for you. Please contact us and ship it back to us.

What are your warranty conditions?

We offer 1-year warranty, which covers repairs, replacement of broken pieces and routine maintenance

My necklace needs some maintenance, can you help?

We're happy to do routine maintenance for free within 1 year of your purchase. Simply ship your item to us.

I received my item, but the engraving is incorrect

If you received your items and your engraving is incorrect, please contact us ASAP.
