We want you to be truly happy with the products you purchase from us and offer both a happiness guarantee and 1-year warranty.
Our happiness guarantee
Most of our products can be personalised so that they become unique and meaningful to you and your loved ones. We make all our products by hand, in-house, to high standards, but it can always happen that there's something that just isn't quite perfect. If this happens then we're more than happy to work with you to fix the issue.
To take advantage of our happiness guarantee all you need to do is contact us through the contact form on the website and send your piece back to us. We'll then be in touch with you about how we can perfect your piece. We do ask that you send pieces back to us at your own cost. Returning them to you will be on us.
Our 1-year warranty covers repairs and replacement of broken pieces as well as polishing if your piece tarnishes, though that shouldn't happen. To take advantage of your 1-year warranty, please send us a message through our contact form so we can discuss how we can be best of help. Don't worry if you don't have a receipt. We can always look up in our system when your order was placed and whether it's still under warranty. We ask that you send pieces back to us at your own cost. Returning them to you will be on us.
